Product Description

1. Introduction
Galvanized sheet steel is ideally suited for most types of roofing and siding applications as well as unexposed automotive parts, appliances and miscellaneous applications like furniture, outdoor cabinetry, computer cases, gutters, pipe, etc and the Alu-zinc coated steel coil is processed and pressed by the cold roll forming machine into corrugated, box profile of glazed steel sheets, which are widely used as roof sheets, wall sheets, roof panel, wall cladding, or other interior and exterior construction decoration.
 

2.Produce process 
step 1).  cold rolled steel coil

step 2).  galvanized steel coil

step 3). press the galvanized steel coil into different types of steel sheets by the cold roll forming machine
 

3. Common Size
1) 750/762mm to 665mm(after corrugated) and 9 waves
2) 900mm to 800mm(after corrugated) and 11 waves
3)1000mm to 900mm(after corrugated) and 12 or14 waves
Special size can be produced as customers' requirement

Standard  seaworthy  export  packing:   3  layers  of  packing,   inside  is  kraft  paper,   water  plastic  film  is  in  the  middle  and  outside  GI  steel  sheet  to  be  covered  by  steel  strips  with  lock,   with  inner  coil  sleeve.
