Tiga Villa Construction System uses high-strength cold-formed H section steels to form wall load-bearing system, suitable for low-storey or multi-storey residences and commercial buildings, its wallboards and floors adopt new light weight and good insulated building material with good thermal insulation and fireproof performance. All building fittings are standardized and normalized. Cold-formed high strength H section steels adopted in structure load-bearing system of the house system have small sectional dimensions and light self-weight, which could not only increase usable room space, but greatly reduces the cost of building foundation.

All building material adopted in the Tiga Villa Construction System is environment-friendly, in such house the health of residents is fully considered, in addition, recycling of natural resources is considered in the recyclable structural system.
