Wooden Grain PPGI is pre-painted galvanized iron with Wooden Grain, also known as pre-coated steel, coil coated steel, color coated steel etc, typically with a hot dip zinc coated steel substrate, that is the galvanized steel is painted before forming, as opposed to post painting which occurs after forming.
2. Wooden Grain Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil product processing
The color coated steel is made by proceeding the chemistry treating on the surface of steel sheet (zinc plated,aluzinc plated) then
draw(the roller scribbles) the coating, and then coated with customized wooden pattern again baking.
