Prefabricated house adopts new modular technology for mass production, using Q235 high trength light steel as supports & skeleton, sandwich panel as shielding part including roof & wall. All components are connected with bolts, which can be quickly assembled or disassembled, All the components can be recycled for many times, so there is no construction wastes in building process.
Prefabricated house realizes general standardization of temporary architecture, setting up a fast and efficient concept of environmental protection and energy saving.

Prefabricated House is called modular/ prefab /mobile steel house also, which is made of two main parts; One is light gauge steel structure as bearing system, altering this can meet the request to resist extreme local wind and snow load condition. The other is insulation sandwich panel, sandwich panel could be insulated with one of thermal material, including EPS, Glass wool, Rock wool or PUR.
