Anti Corrossion Embossed Trapezoidal  Box Profile Roof Sheet

1.Introduction:
New Type Building Material Color Steel Roof Tile is made of ppgi/ppgl steel coils or other base materials by the cold roll forming machine. it has beautiful antique appearance,  light weight and high strength. With two protective layers of zinc coating and paint coating, it has good anti corrossion property.Due to its excellent performance in construction as roofing material, it is widely used all over the world.

2.Common Size:
1) 750mm to 680mm(after corrugated)  
2) 1200mm to 1050mm(after corrugated) 
3)1000mm to 840mm(after corrugated) 
Special size can be produced as customers' requirement

3.Process:

step 1).  cold rolled steel coil

step 2). galvanized steel coil or galvalumed steel coil

step 3). Prepainted galvanized steel coil or galvalumed steel coil

step 4). cuting steel coil into steel sheet

step 5). rolling steel sheet in to corrugated sheet.or derectly use the coil made the steel sheet by the  machine


4.Packaging:
Standard seaworthy export packing: 3 layers of packing, inside is kraft paper, water plastic film is  in the middle and outside GI steel sheet to be covered by steel strips with lock, with inner coil sleeve.
