The Prepainted Galvalume steel (PPGL) is proceeded through the chemical treating (degreasing, phosphatizing, Chromate passivating) on the surface of steel sheet (Aluminium-Zinc galvanized sheet), then is painted (the roller scribbles) with the color coating and baked.
The PPGL steel has the same strength and shape-exchanging performance of steel, at the same time it has same excellent performances of organism material on adornment and anti-erode. the coating adhesive force on the color-coated steel sheets is stronger than PPGI, with technical and skilled processing the PPGL steel sheets could keep the color layer and novel luster for tens years.
