Color Coated Galvanized Steel Sheets / Coils

The color coated steel (PPGI) is proceeded through the chemical treating (degreasing, phosphatizing, Chromate passivating) on the surface of steel sheet (galvanized sheet, Aluminium-Zinc galvanized sheet, Nickel coated etc.), then is painted (the roller scribbles) with the color coating and baked.
The color coated steel has the same strength and shape-exchanging performance of steel, at the same time it has same excellent performances of organism material on adornment and anti-erode. the coating adhesive force on the color-coated steel sheets is very strong, with technical and skilled processing the color coated steel sheets could keep the color layer and novel luster for years even tens years.
