The steel structure is used to replace traditional building material to solve the resource waste problem and environmental pollution problems. Steel structure includes the main structure (steel beam/girder, steel column/pillar), the secondary structure (roof and wall purlin, steel bracing, tie-bar, etc), door, windows and other accessories.

Auxiliary Equipment Systgem

1. Feeding line
(1. )Feeding system is a complete set of automatic feeding system, including conveying pipe, silo, auger, drive motor and feeding level sensor.
(2) Feeding line is delivering feeds from silo to the hopper in the poultry house. the feed sensor is assembled at the end of feeding line, which can control the drive motor on and off to control automatically feeding. Different specifications of silos are alternative to choose according to the daily consumption.

2. Automatic pan feeding line system
There is a sensor at each feeding line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatically feed delivery. The motor will start working and deliver feed when the feed pan (with sensor) lacks feed and will stop working when the feed pan (with sensor) is full of feed.

3. Automatic nipple drinking line system
This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of Poultry.
The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easier.

4. Cooling pad system
Evaporative cooling pad system works in the condition of negative pressure, the cooling pad is installed on one side of the wall, fan installed other side. When air flow through cooling pads, the water evaporation absorbs a lot amount of heat. The height of cooling pad is 1.5-2.2m, the area of cooling pad in chicken house is about 6-8 times than the fans.

5. Ventilating system
The main parts of ventilation system is the big fan and small fan. They are controlled by the control system. The NO. of the fans to run was decided by the temperature of the poultry house.
About 200m2 need 1 big fan and 15-20m need a small fan, this is the standard to design the quantity of fans in chicken house.

Steel Structure Mystems:
1. Main steel structure includes steel beams and steel columns.Both of them made of section steel.

The surface treatment could be galvanized or painted .They are loaded in containers separated,then joint together at the building site with high strength bolts.

2.Sub-structure system includes purlin,usually c/z purlin,bracing,tie bar and knee brace.

3. Multi-floor Building System
The steel structure could be designed for multi-floors, according to the requests from clients ,such as office building,hotel building and so on.Then the steel structure building will have mezzanine floors.The up floors will be designed according to the purpose and load ability.Usually,the mezzanine floor will be made of galvanized steel support board the filled with reinforced concrete.And some steel structure need bridge crane ,especially for factory building or warehouse building.The requests will be satisfied too.
4. Roof system includes roof cladding panel, ventilator  and day light system.
