The Usage of Corrugated Prepainted Glavanized Steel Sheet:
1. Color coated galvanized roofing is a new building materials made from high-quality color coated steel plate with automatic forming machine. It can substitute asbestos tile, glass steel tile and common roof materials. It has many advantages which can satisfy the demands of present various building style, such as easy installation, short building period, bump resistance, fireproof, corruption resistance, beauty, light weight but high strength.

2. Color coated galvanized roofing:
1)galvanized steel, galvanized pre-painted sheet and aluminum sheet
2) Corrugated sheets are formed by roll forming machines
3) Thickness and color can be different

3. Color coated galvanized roofing:
1. Light weight: 10-14 kg/square meters, equivalent to 1/30 of the brick
2. The coefficient of thermal conductivity: λ < = 0.041 w/mk.
3. High strength: The colorful steel can be made as structure bearing plate because it has good subtractors of bending resistance and outer pressure resistance, so generally, the prefab house don't use the beam column.
4. Bright color: The prefab house don't need the surface decoration, the color sheet has good anti-corrosion layer, which can use at least 15-20 years.
5. Installation flexibility: Construction period can be reduced by more than 40%

4. Color coated galvanized roofing:
1. Workers must be equipped with the necessary safety facilities (such as gloves, safety helmet, safety belt, etc )
2. Worker is professional, who has the related certificate
3. The skeleton should be installed stably
4. The workers try to stand in the middle of the tile if need, avoiding avoid step on the edge of the tile, it is dangerous
5. Please avoid the bad weather when install the prefab house.
