PPGI / PPGL are pre-painted zinc / aluzinc coated steel sheet, also known as pre-coated steel, coil coated steel, color coated steel etc, typically with a hot dip zinc / aluzinc coated steel substrate, that is the galvanized / galvalume steel is painted before being form, as opposed to post painting which occurs after forming.

The color coated steel is made by proceeding the chemistry treating on the surface of steel sheet(zinc plated,aluzinc plated) then
draw(the roller scribbles) the coating, again baking.
