1. Main structure: light gauge steel framing system(Column: square steel tube or as your requirements)
2.Wall: sandwich panel(color steel on two sides and EPS foam/PU/mineral wool filling) thickness:50/75/100mm
3.Roofing: corrugated steel roofing or the sandwich panel, with gutter system
4.Ceiling: 8-15mm PVC ceiling panel
5.Windows: PVC sliding windows with glass.
6.Door: aluminum frame with panel same as wall, with lock or the anti-theft door.
8.Rust-proof: painted or GI.

5.Installation & transportation:
Getting the foundation size or drawing, our team can design exact drawing and calculate the price very soon. If necessary, professional construction drawings in details and technical guidance can also be provided. Container or bulkload will be used according to the quantity of the materials.

Normally the delivery time is ab. 30 days after receipt of the deposit.
3.What is your terms of payments?
30% by T/T in advance as the deposit, the balance to be paid before shipment.
4.Is it difficult to build a prefab house?
The house is produced in modularity, it's easy to install, installation video and guide manuals will be sent to you together with the goods,
5.Do you provide on-site installation service?
For big projects we can provide installation services, installation charge standard: 150 USD / Day, The travel fees maybe could be free, but customers need arrange accommodation and dinner, and the customer must ensure staff's health and safety.
6.How do you guarantee the quality of the products?

7.How can I get the quotation of the project?
